Head of Technical Components Division

Markus Heusser (1966, CH) has headed the Technical Components Division since August 2010 and in this capacity is a member of Daetwyler Executive Management. Before joining Daetwyler, he was with the Sulzer Group for seven years, where he held various international management positions, including chief of staff, head of the globally active Metco Thermal Spray business unit and head of the Group-wide 2009 restructuring programme. Prior to that he was a strategy consultant and integration manager with McKinsey&Co. from 1996 to 2003. During this period, he was based in Hong Kong for one year. Markus Heusser has an MBA from the University of St. Gallen and a PhD in public finance from the University of Fribourg.
